Our certified Arborists can put together a plant health care program to help keep your trees, shrubs, and lawn healthier. Healthier plants are more resistant to problems and can add significant value to your home. The services we offer include:
  • Tree Care: Our Arborist can evaluate your property to determine what treatments might be needed. Certain species of trees have repetitive problems which can be treated in advance to minimize their affect.
  • Tree and Shrub Fertilization: Healthy trees and shrubs are more resistant to insect and disease problems. Trees are usually fertilized in the spring and fall.
  • Insect and Disease Control: Trees can be sprayed to reduce the affect of damaging pests and diseases. In some cases a tree will eventually die if not treated. Treatments are usually required yearly, and may require one to four applications. Some of the common insect problems in our area include: aphids, Japanese beetles, sawfly, bagworms, tent caterpillars, and leaf miners. Some of the common diseases are: apple scab, anthracnose, and hawthorn rust.
  • Injection Technology: Some trees have covered root zones or are in locations unsafe to spray in. In these cases we inject the trees to provide fertilization, and insect and disease control in a more controlled environment.
  • Lawn Care: Our lawn care program has 4 granular fertilization applications and a weed control spray. We also offer grub control, disease control, and core aeration.
